David Dejesus Baker, 43, of Harrisburg, was sentenced to spend 21 months to seven years in state prison for third degree felony corruption of minors in 2019, Union County court records show.

Baker had forced a 13-year-old child to "view sexual materials" in Kelly Township in June 2018, Northcentral PA reported in 2019 citing Pennsylvania state police in Milton.

After that incident Baker also pleaded guilty to a possession with intent to deliver cocaine in Lycoming County Court on Jan. 24, 2020, court records show.

Baker had sold .176 ounces of cocaine for $250 in a mall restroom on Sept. 2018, Lycoming County detectives said at the time.

For the Lycoming County case, Baker was sentenced to serve prison term of 12 to 24 months, concurrently run with his Union County sentence, court records show.

Baker served his sentence at the State Correctional Institution Camp Hill starting Aug. 5, 2019, but his exact release date is unclear in court documents.

Since then he failed to register his employment, address with, or be photographed by the state police per Megan's Law as a registered sex offender, state police said in a release on Feb. 24.

His failure to comply with the law happened between Sept. 9 and Feb. 15, the release shows.

He has been charged with 12 counts of failing to comply with, register or verify information with state police, court documents show.

He is being held in the Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $10,000 in bail, according to his court docket. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Michael Sanderson on Mar. 2 at 11 a.m., the docket shows.
